Anneri Winter Specialist Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal Physiotherapist and Musculo-Skeletal Sonographer

I love helping people understand the science behind their injuries and find it extremely rewarding to play an active part in helping them achieve their personal and sporting goals.

Anneri qualified as Physiotherapist in South Africa (Stellenbosch-2005) and following her first post-graduate diploma (Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy), she relocated to London in 2009 where she has worked in the private sector ever since.

She has also obtained her post-graduate certificate in MSK Ultrasound (Brunel University-2024), which enables her to use diagnostic ultrasound within her scope of practice as Physiotherapist.

Anneri has gained extensive experience in treating lower limb, shoulder, post-surgery or post-traumatic injuries (adults and children) and gets regular referrals from some of the top consultants in these fields for tricky or complex case management. Having been a patient herself for ACL, meniscal and other sports injuries has really helped her understand and deepen her knowledge about her patients’ own journey.

She uses a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, functional strength & conditioning, rehabilitation and diagnostic ultrasound to assist each patient’s return to their specific lifestyle and sport.

When she’s not working, she enjoys travelling the world with her family or taking part in anything active and adventurous (running/cycling/skiing/SUP/hiking/swimming/pilates).
